At Backpacking Light, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your technical apparel or equipment doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
